Heh, I'm not panicking yet. Yes, end of Feb seems a good plan - that will have given CiA members long enough to make their minds up!
I will be very surprised if we have to do so though and if it does come to pass then we will have to look very closely at whether future projects are worth the hassle.

I note with interest that Operation Jubilee couldn't even muster 10 per side.
I don't think Porta intended to come (he said he was putting all the free time he was allowed into Hohenstaufen games). Che and Carl are incommunicado and I will expect give Helga a tongue lashing for not keeping an eye on the forum to book on their behalf. But otherwise, yes, very odd.
